The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to the following:                                    
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 72                                                                               
    "An Act relating to the qualifications and appointment of                                       
    members of the Board of Regents of the University of Alaska; and                                
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
HB 72 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                      
Finance Committee.
